At Amara Story works and Amara Magic Wear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Print-on-demand apparel and accessories
- Digital products, downloadable resources, or eBooks
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not yet begun.
Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation requests submitted after production begins may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Amara Storyworks and Amara Magic Wear are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
